Sweepstakes Rules

Sweepstakes starts on or after 3:00:00 PM ET on 07/06/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 07/15/2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Limit one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Period. You will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry if, during the Sweepstakes Period, you visit freelyfest.org/sweepstakes and enter your name, phone number, and email address. Two (2) prizes will be awarded, consisting of Two (2) 4-Day VIP Tickets to the 2026 Lollapalooza at Grant Park in Chicago, IL on July 30 – August 2, 2026 (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $3,498). All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the Winners’ responsibility. Winners and guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all festival and venue policies. C3 Presents, LLC reserves the right to revoke full or partial Prize from any Winner or Winner’s guest who it or venue/festival personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/festival policy or law, or may bring C3 Presents, LLC into disrepute. Winners and guests must have a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID for identification purposes and to claim tickets. Winners understand that there are inherent risks involved in attending a festival in a public place and that these risks may be present before, during and after the festival. An unclaimed and/or unused Prize element will remain the property of C3 Presents, LLC. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, Winners must agree to ticketing Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status, and are subject to change at any time.

OVERVIEW: The Freedom Forum, Inc (“Sponsor”) conducts various sweepstakes (each a “Sweepstakes”) through its @FreelyFest and @1stforall Instagram pages (the “Instagram Pages”), its @FreelyFest and @FirstAmendmentForAll Facebook pages (the “Facebook Pages”), its @FreelyFest and @1stforall TikTok pages (the “TikTok Pages”), its @1stforall Threads pages (the “Threads Pages”), its @FreelyFest and @1stforall X (formerly Twitter) pages (the “X Pages”), its @FreelyFest and @FreedomForum YouTube channels (the “YouTube Channels”), and at freelyfest.org and freedomforum.org. For each Sweepstakes, Sponsor will provide the details and requirements for entry by posting an announcement on Sponsor’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, X, and/or YouTube pages, or on Sponsor’s websites (the “Entry Announcement”). To be eligible to win the prize or prizes (the “Prize(s)”) described in a particular Entry Announcement, you must follow the directions in that Entry Announcement and in these Sweepstakes Master Rules (the “Master Rules”). For each Sweepstakes, the applicable Entry Announcement together with these Master Rules will constitute the official rules (the “Official Rules”). In the event of a conflict between the applicable Entry Announcement and these Master Rules, these Master Rules will control. The Sweepstakes is intended for participation only by legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older, excluding residents of New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Do not participate if you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the continental U.S. and the District of Columbia, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) of, and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each, are not eligible to enter. A Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: A Sweepstakes begins on or after 3:00:00 PM ET on 07/06/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 07/15/2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: Internet access is required. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may visit freelyfest.org/sweepstakes and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form provided to receive one (1) entry. All requirements listed on the entry form must be completed in full for an entry to be considered valid. Any attempted form of entry other than as described above will be void. Entries in violation of the Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified.

Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Period.  Multiple entrants may not share the same Instagram account, Facebook account, TikTok account, Threads account, X account, or YouTube account. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, Instagram accounts, Facebook accounts, TikTok accounts, Threads accounts, X accounts, YouTube accounts, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries, and that entrant may be disqualified, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entries that are late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted or eligible to win. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any entry that includes illegal, false, or fraudulent information, obscenities, objectionable material, or which defames or invades the publicity or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringes upon any third party’s personal or proprietary rights and/or publicity rights, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified.

By entering a Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, you hereby irrevocably consent to Sponsor’s use of any text, photo, and/or video in the entry for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. If you participate in a Sweepstakes via your wireless mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.

Entry Restrictions: By entering, you represent and warrant that your entry is your own original work, does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property or other rights, and does not violate applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, contains inappropriate content, including but not limited to content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or that promotes illegal activity.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Two (2) winners will receive a prize package containing two (2) 4-Day VIP Tickets to the 2026 Lollapalooza scheduled to take place at Grant Park in Chicago, IL on July 30– August 2, 2026. ARV of each prize package: $3,498. Please Note: Transportation and accommodations to attend event will not be provided and will be winners’ sole responsibility.

WINNER SELECTION/ODDS: The winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 16, 2026 from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event that there are no entries during the respective Sweepstakes Period, there will be no drawing, and the applicable Prizes will not be awarded. The odds of winning a Sweepstakes will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION:  The potential winners will be notified via email or phone by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated fulfillment agency (the “Winner Notification”). The potential winners must acknowledge receipt of the Winner Notification within forty-eight (48) hours after the Winner Notification is sent. If a potential winner fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or if a Winner Notification or a Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. This process will be repeated up to two (2) additional times (for a total of three (3) potential winners per Prize). If after contacting the third potential winner, a Prize is still not claimed, that Prize will revert to Sponsor. Sponsor or Sponsor’s fulfillment agency may verify a potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules to Sponsor’s satisfaction and will require a potential winner to execute and deliver to Sponsor such documents regarding eligibility, liability, advertising, promotion and publicity as Sponsor directs (including, but not limited to, an affidavit of eligibility, a completed IRS Form W-9, publicity releases, and/or a release of liability). A Winner’s Prize will be sent to the Winner promptly following verification and, in any event, prior to the start of Lollapalooza.

If a winner is otherwise eligible under the Official Rules but is deemed a minor in his/her state of primary residence, that entrant will be disqualified. This Sweepstakes is not open to minors.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are not assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted, except if a Prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. No cash in lieu of Prizes and no exchange or substitution of Prizes will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners acknowledge that Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with the Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the Prize being offered. Once a Prize has been delivered to a Winner-provided address, the Prize is considered awarded.

A Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning a Prize. A Winner is also responsible for any other costs or fees associated with the Prize, regardless of whether she/he uses the Prize, including but not limited to any/all transportation, accommodations, parking fees, meals, souvenirs and gratuities associated with attending the event.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to use each winner's name, Prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Residents of Tennessee and other states with publicity rights statutes retain all rights afforded under applicable state law.

GENERAL: Sweepstakes participants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and release Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Threads, X, YouTube, C3 Presents, LLC, Lollapalooza, LLC, Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in a Sweepstakes, including Sponsor’s advertising and public relations agencies, any prize providers, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (the “Released Parties”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in a Sweepstakes, and the acceptance and use/misuse of any Prize offered. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in a Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of a Prize. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for each Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and for any reason to screen any entry. Any entry that Sponsor deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules is subject to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and for any reason, to request an entrant to modify, edit and/or re-submit his/her entry in order to ensure that it complies with the Official Rules, or for any other reason. If such an action is necessary at any point during or after a Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary based on the circumstances – including, without limitation, disqualifying the entry and the associated entrant. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in a Sweepstakes; or (iv) entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled, or that fail to be transmitted or received for any reason, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, X, YouTube, or website server, software, or hardware failures of any kind. By participating in a Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by the Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to a Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with the Official Rules may result in disqualification from a Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated the Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw a method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes). If for any reason a Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THE INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TIKTOK, THREADS, X, OR YOUTUBE PAGES, SPONSOR’S WEBSITES, OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with a Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

BY ENTERING A SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

DISPUTES: Sweepstakes participants agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to any Sweepstakes will be finally settled only through arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Washington, District of Columbia and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to a Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration,” then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Washington, District of Columbia. The federal or state law that applies to the Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply, and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington, District of Columbia. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of an entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

PRIVACY: Personal information collected from Sweepstakes entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy - Freedom Forum. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.
